At ReddyPartsUSA.com, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. Below is our detailed policy on returns, refunds, and warranties.

 

Refunds

Processing Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.

 

Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your return. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75.

 

 

Warranty

Reddy Parts offers a non-prorated warranty on our Rubber Tracks and undercarriage parts for 12 months. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claims:

Contact our customer service team with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos or videos.

Once your warranty claim is received and evaluated, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

If approved, we will repair or replace the defective item at no additional cost to you.
